The Schiit Vidar is a Class-AB power amplifier with a 600VA transformer.
- Power: 100W RMS per channel (8 ohms), 200W (4 ohms)
- Frequency Response: 20Hz–20kHz (±0.03dB)
The Schiit Mimir is a DAC, EQ, and Preamp.
- USB Audio: Up to 32-bit/384kHz
Acquired at the MIT Swapfest. Classic 2-way bookshelf speakers from the 1990s designed by Henry Kloss.
- Frequency Response: 58Hz–20kHz
- Sensitivity: 87 dB
- Impedance: 8 ohms
SPL (Sound Pressure Level) measurement shows the frequency response of both left and right speakers with a flat response from approximately 80Hz to 10kHz.
This analysis shows the individual driver contributions: helix bass (purple), helix tweeter (orange), le chiff tweeter (green), and bass correction (purple).
